navigation bar and error logs

After installing zencart 1.3.8 my main page navigation shows:

http://XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.com/index.php?main_page=

I want it to show:
https://www.mysite.store

I have changed meta_tags but nothing works???

Also my error log shows:

home/XXXXXXX/public_html/public_html/includes/templates/my_template
any ideas where I can edit this file??

The question I have for you is this. Have you setup your web server to point to https://www.mysite.store? DNS may also be involved. Having the domain "mysite.store" may also be involved.
