CC Payment with wrong name

I have just tried my cart using paypal payments pro (LIVE) and was able to process a transaction with my credit card using an incorrect First and Last name.

Is there something that I am missing in my configuration?

Has this been your experience also? Have you beeen able to make a payment with an incorrect name and address?
