Not calculating sales tax during checkout

I have checked everything in the admin area that has to do with taxing, zones and all that stuff. It all seems to be correct, but for some reason, it is not calculating the sales tax. Thank you in advance.

(I only have 2 products so far trying to test the shopping cart feature and they are both set as "taxable goods"

in admin-> catalog-> categories/products select a product, click the edit button (round green button with "e"). This will display the product details page. Do you have the Tax class box set to "Taxable Goods"? (Needs to be set for each taxable product.)

If "Taxable Goods" is not an option displayed in the pull-down box you can add it at admin-> Locations/Taxes-> Tax Classes
