Im using FreeShipper, Is there a way to. . .

Hi all,
Thanks for reading.

I would like to know if there is a way to mod this mod so that I can limit freeshipper to those carts over x amount of $ and under x amount of lbs.
Rather than just one or the other.

Thanks,
John
