How to edit the titlebar on all pages?

Is there a way to change the titlebar on every page? I just want it to say my site title on every page. No product name, price, etc.

Which title bar are you referring to?

There is the ones in the pages, the one that is in a tab(if you use browser tabs), etc.

A link to your site and the exact text you want to alter will remove any confusion

yea, the one at the top of the browser or tab. Here's my site: http://www.gleefulthings.com/shop. When you're on the homepage it says "Gleeful Things". That's what I want it to say on all the pages. If you click around you'll see that it changes.

While you may want this you need to consider what and why this is and it is for the search bots and quite necessary if you want your pages ranked

The main reason I don't like what it says now is on the product pages, it says the price and has [] for some reason. And the free products says "it's free!" And I don't like that. Thre brackets bother me the most.

The brackets are not default and mostly likely the result of a mis-edit
You can check this by switching to the classic templater - assumes that all your files edited have been overridden

I probably did something dumb while editing code :( Do you have any idea where this error might be so I can fix it?

I'm not having much luck. The only thing I can think of is english.php but I can't find the brackets in there. I think I'm screwed.
