Setting up paypal, need some help

I am setting up palpal standard and I have went in and setup the stuff on the payapal web page but now I am installing it on my web page. I a have a few qurdtion...

What is PDT Token (Payment Data Transfer)?
Enter your PDT Token value here in order to activate transactions immediately after processing (if they pass validation).

What does this mean or what do I want to put for this?

What is Sort order of display?
It is set to 0 right now.

Thanks to those of you who can help me on this... I think I got paypal standard all setup and ready to go,.. I was kind of testing this lastnight and I wanted to ask some of you who use Standard... does the person who is buying from my site need a paypal account? Because after I put in all the credit card information and clicked check out, it took me to the paypal site and it told me to sign in or sign up for a account.. (On paypal)

I really didn't want to pay the 30.00 a month for the Pro but is this the only way someone can pay by credit card with out having a paypal account?

In your paypal settings, did you switch OFF the parameter "paypal account optional" ?

(This is in your paypal account, under Website payment preferences).

Switch it back to "ON"

Yes, it says that it's on.
