Free P&P UK only, ROW have to add P&P

how do i achieve this anyone i sell canvases & posters, one shipping rule i have set for the weight of my canvases uk and ROW but i have a poster to sell but want to send it free P&P in UK so in the product description i check on Yes, Always Free Shipping, then someone from USA buys this item and it dosent apply any P&P, how can i change it so i can apply both sets of rules.

This may be possible in your shipping ZONE settings, where a shipping option (free shipping) is restricted to a ZONE.
