Look at this page. HERE

There is a small gap next to the FAQ button. How can I color that space a certain color?

Your Tempate Monster template has eliminated the standard Zen Cart class and id tags that would make styling that area logical, but I can see the cryptic class tags they use and tell you that this will work.
Add to your stylesheet:

.l1_t2 .dr .dc {background-color: #771100;}
