austpost improved module - estimated delivery

I just installed the austpost improved module which is a great tool, except I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong. It keeps coming out .18c over (which isn’t a big deal but I would like it to be accurate)
Ive set the tare to 0:40 and 0:200 as mentioned in previous posts. It is set to grams.

Another thing is I’d like to adjust if possible is the ‘estimated delivery times.’ If possible Id like to take this off completely as due to my work schedule somedays I could provide same day dispatch whilst at other times it could be the next business day so I would like to take it off comepletly. I intend to send my customers a dispatch email anyway

There is a zencart setting to do this. It's located somewhere under admin/config/shipping/display boxes & weight (this also includes the est delivery times)

Silly me. I fixed the oz currency setting and now the delivery fee is accurate.
