[Done 1.3.8] no product name/desc/url fix

No exactly a bug but it did have me stumped for a while.
I accidentally deleted all of the languages.
I didn't notice any difference until a long time later I went to edit/create products and the page was missing the name/description/url fields (obviously given that they are language related)
It might be good to have a check on that page for a language (alternatively, given that it's such a no-brainer maybe it's not necessary)

If you've deleted the languages, then you've also deleted the product details in those languages. You'll have to either re-enter that data or restore from backups.
I recall writing code to prevent deletion of the last-remaining language via the admin. Will double-check that to see if there's a more foolproof way to be sure it can't happen in future versions.

Edit: Confirmed that v1.3.8 includes a check to prevent deletion of the default language.
