Blank Page comes up when I add to cart

When I add to cart a blank page shows up instead of cart, I have to use back arrow then go the the cart side box. It just started. I tried using backup but did not help. I am new to zen Please help

Thank You I will try that. I just had mu hosting service do a restore and it did not help lost data after restore was made they said might have to do a fresh install Junkman
