Sideboxes not formatted to top of page
my site
https://www.vinyljunkiedistro.com
was recently moved from one server to another, and in the process i upgraded zen cart from 1.2.7 to 1.3.8
i got most of the formatting taken care, of and the colors/preferences/etc.
however, for some reason the sideboxes seem to be stuck in the middle of the page.
can anyone help me, and let me know what code is incorrect, or what i need to change?
also the sidebox background seems to never appear either, and currently they are translucent and you can see the background which makes it hard to read the text/font.
