Free Shipping Error

Greetings,

I have set some products to Free Shipping however when the customer goes to check out it results in this message.

Not Available At This Time
Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this ?

I assume that its installed since some products ship free. It just seems to be happening on a few products.

Could you look in the Admin at the Modules ... Shipping ... and see what is installed and not installed and make sure that they have unique Sort Orders and that check if they have Zones set on them?

OK here is what i have green on Shipping Modules

FREE SHIPPING! freeShipper no zones Sort order = 3

United Parcel Service UPS Sort order = 2

United States Postal Service usps Sort Order = 1

I went in to freeshipper and made it True and O.00 and 0 then tested an item and it seems to work now ----

im finding all kinds of little things like this in 1.38 that have to be turned on

1000s of possibilities on how a site should be setup and configured ... there will always be something or another that you have to adjust or anyone else for that matter ... :cool:
