Agree to terms and condition while registering

hey can someone help me with this..
i want something that can add checkbox on regsteration page saying i agree to terms and condition. i want regstration to complete only after they click on that checkbox.
pls help me as soon as possible

Just turn it on:
Admin->Configuration->Regulations->Confirm Privacy Notice During Account Creation Procedure

i did but i couldnt find nothin there.. like i seached privacy policy on developers tool kit but nothin was there.. it couldnt find privacy policy.. pls help me.. i need to rename privacy policy to terms and condition..
