Change order of text in checkout pages

HI, I know how to change the actual text (well, some of it) in the various checkout pages but I can't find out how to change the order in which the text is displayed, eg. if I want to put "total" above "sub total" and "delivery charges" underneath all the the others. Can somebody point me in the right direction ?

Admin> Modules> Order Totals - change the order they are listed in.
