Problems with e-mails in E-mail Archive Manager when resending

I have installed E-mail Archive Manager 1.4 using Zen Cart 1.3.8. When I resend an e-mail, the code shows up along with the text. It varies whether it is the order confirmation or the oder update status. It also looks different in the "preview" than what shows up in the e-mail.

When the order update e-mail is resent, the text is fine without the code showing up, but it looks like there are 2 layers, with one covering up part of the other--there are 2 logos, and the bottom info is repeated. I've attached a screen shot.
