Pictures in sidebox

I have my right column enabled and I just want to list images that are hyperlinks to internal and external pages. I want the links to be images. I have searched and read and havn't found anything simple to understand.

Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Try the blank sidebox or the logo sidebox contributions both available in the downloads section
