INformaton sidebox pages NOT disabling?

INformaton sidebox pages NOT disabling?

I have a sidebox "Information" with define pages "Privacy", etc that I went and assigned 3 in Define Pages Status, which is suppose to NOT display the link. However, the links are still displaying. The text turns off but NOT the links??

Do you have the template file for it in your overrides? If so, temporarily disable that file by renaming it.
