Right now the title and Tag line i nthe Metas is seperated with a coma so my site looks like this

Online Gift Shopping For Any Occasion, Reynolds Gift Shop

I would like it to show Online Gift Shopping For Any Occasion - Reynolds Gift Shop

Is it possible to make this change? If so where is it done at
