CC payment and coupon issues

Hi everyone,

I have an issues with coupons and customers credit card payments.

Everything is fine when purchasing via a credit card with no coupon redemption, but once a customer tries to redeem a coupon during the checkout and submits the credit card for payment, zen cart returns that card is denied. Now with all being constant but removing the coupon, then the CC payment goes through without a hitch.

Now, if they use a check as a payment method with a coupon redemption it works fine, as well as with no coupon.

The payment gateway is linkpoint and there are no logs showing any transaction being declined, so I'm thinking the issue is within zen.

What would I do, and how can I check how to resolve this?

Im having the same issue.
Also w/ Linkpoint.

The coupon causes the CC to be declined.

Have you applied the patch update to the linkpoint module for 1.3.8?
