How do you change the Logo.gif width?

I am having a problem with the width of my logo.gif image. I have changed the width in stylesheet.css and in header.php, but the image box still protrudes beyond my page border. Please see https://www.centrixcs.com to see what I mean. Where do I go to edit this? What am I doing wrong? Thanks! - Hank

I think you may have a problem with all the stylesheets you're calling. You seem to have copied and re-named some of them. This may be confusing things.

Re: How do you change the Logo.gif width?

When I remove the influence of all your "customised" stylesheets, (stylesheet_css, stylesheet_xxx, stylesheetx) the header issue resolves itself, but pushes the right column over the edge.

So what is happening is that you have configured your main wrapper to display at a certain pixel width, but your column widths (some set in your admin panel) are wider than the widths set in the stylesheet.

Get rid of the additional stylesheets, (in my brackets above) then look in stylesheet.css for:-
#mainWrapper {
background-color: #ffffff;
text-align: left;
width: 80%;
vertical-align: top;
border: 1px solid #9a9a9a;

and change to:-

#mainWrapper {
background-color: #ffffff;
text-align: left;
width: 800px;
vertical-align: top;
border: 1px solid #9a9a9a;

Or... If you give all your "custom" stylesheet the extension ".txt", this will disable them.

(It may be that you have cobbled some css in the other sheets that affect other pages - I don't know. But you can't have several stylesheets calling up styles that conflict each other - zencart will either get confused, or render the "last available" style command.)

You can also do this with mainwrapper in stylesheet.css:-

#mainWrapper {
background-color: #ffffff;
text-align: left;
width: 100%;
vertical-align: top;
border: 1px solid #9a9a9a;

If you want the width of the main wrapper to be full-screen

Sorry for all the posts on this topic - just that things occur to me AFTER I send a post...

One more thing. You may not have needed to edit header.php, but it would be prudent to ensure that width settings in the core code correspond with stylesheet settings.

Read the READ-ME text file in your main CSS folder. It explains how the stylesheet system works.
