Need a sidebox created with AIM or iChat notification

Has anyone created a sidebox with an iChat or AIM on/off status?
Or give me some instructions to do it?

I went to this website today and saw this and I'd like a sidebox to have it on my website.

The part I want is on the right: Chat with us....

copy the code into a banner and place the banner in a sidebox.

You'll need to resize the image and change screenname=orbicule.

For iChat you'll have to source the correct code and image, maybe with the help of google.

The editable sidebox mod would also be a good place for the code.....

Great idea to include live chat for help and support but AIM seems like a bad option to me. Hardly anyone uses it and if people don't have it installed already it's a real pain.

A much better option would be to install Help Centre Live or something similar on a subdomain and link to it from a sidebox. You can get it from sourceforge or if your host offers Fantastico you should be able to find it and auto-install it from your control panel.

I've been looking into LiveChat as well, but that's a java script...do I add that as a side banner as well?

I find one banner, after I install the chat botton, it shows in the bottom. How can I move the banner up?
