Where does the CSS file containing indexDefaultMaintContent live?

I am looking to add an overflow image to my main page but not my other pages. When looking at the main page there is a div tag called indexDefaultMainContent but I have not been able to find the CSS file containing this tag (so that I can modify it).

Any ideas on where to find this CSS?
