USPS module won't show up

I followed the directions in the tutorial but still no USPS module shows up in my shopping cart. :(

You registered with USPS for your own:
USPS Web Tools User ID

Then you installed USPS and setup your:
USPS Web Tools User ID

Then you set it to the Production server ...

Then you CALLED or EMAILED your USPS Web Tools User ID to USPS and asked them to activate it for the Production Server ...

NOTE: if you are running an older version that v1.3.8a you should get the USPS Patch for the unannounced changes to USPS from November:

NOTE: you also did REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure the USPS shipping module ...

NOTE: you also tested this AFTER entering your address and hitting UPDATE if you were not logged in, correct?

Actually, yes, I did all those things, including the remove and reinstall (and why on earth is THAT needed? don't answer that) and it still didn't work. So I turned "debug" on and went to bed. Today I got a couple of debug messages and it's appearing fine.

Working with computers can really make one psychotic ...
