Timeout during checkout with protx?
I have had this happen on my website. Quite often the customer gets a message saying 'timed out' when they have only been on the payment page for a minute or two.
Today I have had 3 customers in a row making a total of 6 payments between them and nt a single order has come through to zen cart, so I have no idea what they have ordered other than basic skirt as the attibutes don't show up in Protx.
Any suggestions how to prevent this happening in the future as its costs me to refund each additional payment.
