blank pages with captcha-number-subject-combo-in-one-1.0

I've searched to try to find help w/ this, but there doesn't seem to be much info out there yet on this mod. I'm sure its a simple fix, just one that's over my head to diagnose as a newbie.
I installed the "captcha-number-subject-combo-in-one-1.0" by knuckle-101 and I can access the config in admin but whatever pages I activate for the captcha load as blank pages. When deactivated, they load as normal. I'm using ZC 1.38.
Let me know what other info is needed to help me on this.

make sure all files are in exact location as the read me file says and make sure you backup your database and install the sql file that is provided with the contrubition.

Everything should work then unless you misplaced the files.

Can you let me know if you got your issue fixed I have the same issue with my site and Everything seems to be installed in the right location. The readme file is not that clear and also there are 3 files that came with the mod (captcha-test, captcha-img and captcha-debug) it doesn't say where they go.

:clap:I had the same problem with a blank page on the Captcha pages. I moved the Fonts folder in to the root of the store. don't place it in the includes/ folder as per knucle101 readme says.

Everyone put the fonts folder along with the three PHP pages in your root directory and then this works perfectly and does everything it should!

Hi, I used this module. It works on create accounts, but on my contact page, it appears, etc but you can submit it without typing the verification code, and it hasn't stopped the spam. However, it does work on Create Account. I don't know why mine is not working...any clues?

I run a current version of zen with the security patch.
PS...I read this string and the forum and installed things perfectly. I have been trying to check the code. There also seems to be a problem with the subject - when you don't fill it out, it submits the text error. As well, the contact us email form didn't look correct for the languages. Am I missing something? I uploaded and reuploaded things, installed and uninstalled....the fonts and three files are on the top directory. But spammers can still submit through the contact page, but not the create account page. This is very frustrating. I have been unable to find anything successful that works on this cart.

I have this module working on my current store with security patch. It operates correctly for create accounts, but on my contact us page, it doesn't work at all. You can see the form, fill it out, and it states a security message about even though the site is encrypted it can still be seen by third party...AND....you can submit the form without filling out the verification captch code. My only assumption is that something is missing in the contact header page and english file. I'm not sure why I am having this issue. But, spammers are attacking my contact us page, and I need it stopped. I also tried ReCaptcha and that doesn't work at all. I read the string where someone had a fix, but it's over my head. I need it spelled out a bit more... Any clues?

In Contact Us page, after typing in the Captcha words, it doesn't get verified properly. Keeps telling me that I typed the wrong stuff. Not sure what's wrong but I've deleted this addition. If there's a working website with this program, please kindly share. Thanks!
