Table Rate does not show up, Zone Rate calculation is incorrect

Hi,

I am using zencart v1.3.8. For some reason, when I installed and enabled Table Rate, it does not show up when I use the shipping estimator.

Because of this, I changed to use Zone Rate based on weight. It does show up but the calculation is incorrect. I added a 9kg item into my cart but in the shipping estimator it said it's 12kg and overcharged. Where does the extra weight come from? Please help. Thanks in advance.

That would be your Tare weight in the Shipping/Packaging settings ...

Yup, I just found out :) Thanks.

Is that the same reason why the Table Rate shipping module did not show up?

Also one more question... I was thinking to provide the shipping options of by Road or by Air. But this will be based on Table Rate or Zone Rate. Does that mean I need to have 2 Table Rate or Zone Rate shipping modules? If so, how do I duplicate it?
