Can I add extra instructions next to individual payment options in checkout_payment?

Hi,

Is it possible for me to put some notes for clients such as" You need to open the Moneybookers account before you can use this payment gateway" or "please contact us if you would like to pay by credit card"... in payment method page when the clients check out?

Thanks!
Albert
