Missing "New Category" Button

I'm brand new to zen cart, and in the process of trying to add a new category I've come to the conclusion that my button to add a new category is flat-out missing! Here is a link to a screen-shot of my categories/products page. Does it look like something is missing???

Well I can't see your screenshot, but it may be that you are trying to ADD a category (or sub-category) to a category that already has existing products. You cannot have a category (or sub-category) where there are existing products. Perhaps this is your issue (as I can't see the screenshot I can't be sure...)
