Shipping Not Recorded On Invoice
A customer purchased 6 items and they had seperate shipping charges. The shipping did not appear on the invoice or details so the customer paid through PayPal and the total was for the product only. This is the first time this has happened. I only offer free shipping for over $300 and the order was for $51.70. The shipping has always showed up. I haven't made any changes so what could have suddenly changed?
