Paypal IPN: Orders not showing up in database after transactions - localhost, TomCat
I had installed Zen Cart 1.3.8a from scratch as I m using it for first time. My installation informations are as follows:
Zen Cart version - 1.3.8a
Php - 5.2.5
cURL support - enabled
cURL Information - libcurl/7.16.0 OpenSSL/0.9.8e zlib/1.2.3
MySql Server - MySQL 4.1.21-community-nt
Server - Apache Tomcat 5.0
Installation was successful and I had even checked it for curl(using curltest.php) & IPN(using ipncheck.php) wihout SSL.
PROBLEM:
I am running zen cart on local host & all the ports & firewalls were checked properly. After installation when I tested my site with sandbox using Paypal's Website Payment Pro, the transaction was successful, even I got the mails & DB was also updated accordingly. But when I switched to Paypal IPN - Website Payment Standard, I didn't recieved any mail & tables were not updated. After the checkout process when customer comes back to Zen Cart Checkout_success page then the Order Number shown is the previous one from Database and there is no download button available on the page to download product after checkout.
I am able to see the transaction details on my Paypal's Merchant account for every transaction but nothing in Zen cart. Orders are neither showing up ADMIN nor database.
I had tried with almost all the suggestions in the Zen cart Forum i.e.
- curltest
- ipncheck
- cross-checked the Paypal Account profile e-mail(case sensitive) & other settings on Paypal Account
- removed and re-installed the Paypal IPN module
- and others
but of no use.
I had the following modules added right now:
- Sales Report
But I had also tested the same without this module and was facing the same problem.
The order isn't registering to the system at all... ANY HELP IS REALLY APPRECIATED.
Also FYI, clicking on Admin --> Customers --> Orders --> (selecting any order related with Paypal) shows the Order details but when I click on back button I get - "There was a problem retrieving transaction details. ()" and a log named "Paypal_CURL__.log" gets logged.
All Log files are attached in zip file.
CurlTest & ipncheck yielded the following results:
