Populating sub-category links into ez pages

Hello,

I have a one main category with five sub-categories. I want to create an ez-page that includes calling and auto-populating those 5 sub-categories links.

The reason I want to call this function is because I want the ez-page to auto-populate, if I decided to add a sixth or seventh sub-category later on.
