I'm lost and confused with a weird pricing issue

We are selling a physical products, bundled with included services. (You pick the service lenght as none, 1 month, 1 year and 2 years).

The product is taxable, but the service is not. We want it to be one product, so they user doesn't have to add two products to the cart.

I can't find a good way to implement this...

Does anyone have suggestions?
