2 Emailing questions

Greetings All!

Hope you can help.

First issue:
When testing or batch emailing the emails from my zen cart do not get to me...(yes, my test email is in there and no, it didn't go to 'bulk/spam')....So...what's up with that?

Second issue is a two-parter:
Where can I find a LIST of emails from my customers? Not a dropdown but actual list.
and
Can the emails be exported?

Don't quite understand your first question. Are you talking about the admin copies of the emails that you are testing with, or have you set up email accounts especially for testing? Does the server that you are using have a mail server installed? What do you mean by "the test email is there"? Where?

For the second part, emails from your customers don't go into your Zen Cart. You would need to look for those wherever you normally receive emails on the address to which they send them.

And finally, which emails is it that you want to export?

Sorry - let me clarify....
I have an email as a fictional customer that has signed up in my zen cart (my yahoo mail) and I don't get any of the emails that are being sent out as newsletters or as email my customer list...my yahoo account is signed up for both.

Part of the customer info configuration is to ask them for their email addresses... I want to be able to export those email addresses from all my customers/newsletter subscribers to my files.....can that be done?
