Customer Freindly Past Order Printouts & History Totals

Is there a way for customers to print out their old orders in a nice format? Printng the screen is so primitive there must be a way for them to get a nice invoice out of it when logging in.

Also can they get reports of what they order for their records like total purchases for the month or some such...

Maybe something basic but the answer does not seem to be on here...

In the My Account area, customers can view order history including detailed individual orders.

You can feel free to style these up using CSS if you wish to make them appear differently.

Adding more selective controls around the history could be a nice addon should you wish to contribute.

I would think being able for your customers to create some sales reports would be amazing add-on. Perhaps in time I will learn how to do such things.

Can somebody point me in the right conceptual way to create this? I now have (I think) some of the knowledge needed to write it just not sure where to start.

There's a print_invoice addon that accomplishes this already.
