[duplicate report] Option Value Manager

I'm betting this is an old story. But I have two entries for everything.
Anyone know why? And how can I fix it? Or when will it be fixed.

I am using two languages.

The first list seems to be by sorting number. The second seems to be alphabetical.
I say seems, because I can't make head nor hair of it sometimes.
