Warning: <a> attribute "href" lacks value in css category mod I'm using

My site has errors in Foxfire. Warning: <a> attribute "href" lacks value. This error I was told "<ul class="level1"><li><a href=""> </a></li></ul><ul class="level1">
That is a blank link. That seems to be created by the categories css mod i'm using. Can someone help please.

On your categories, what feature are you using that causes the categories to expand and show sub-categories? Is this an add-on or is it part of the Cherry Zen?

No its not a part of the cherry zen, I downloaded css-flyout-categories-v1.3.0.3.2.
