Vanishing pages and certain functions not working

I don't get this. It's not the first zen cart I've done...and it doesn't make sense.

First of all, no matter what I do, some of the sideboxes won't show.

But more importantly...if you go to the page...the front page looks great. If you click a category with no products in it, it shows up with a good looking page saying "there are no products in this category."

If the category has an item in it, however, and you click the category...it blanks out and only shows the menu thing I added.

Please help, this is urgent.

I think your javascript should be just after the Head and before the Title...Try going to WC3 Validator and running a check there for errors in the way the code is set up.
