How do I enter pre-existing mailing list subscribers to a new Zen Cart?

...without them placing an order. Is there a way for me to simply enter in their email addresses? They have already opted in for the list.

The easiest/best way to accomplish this might be to install the newsletter subscribe module as this adds a DB table - subscribers - that only holds email details and has a simple data structure that you download as a csv - follow this structure and add your list emails to it and insert back into the DB.

I assume you are familiar with DB operations
