How can I send collected attribute info to an specific e-mail

Using option names, options values and attribute controller, I have created a form for customers. Once they enter their answers. How can I send that info to one of my specific e-mails?

I don't think you can do this using the attributes feature in zencart. You must create a separate FORM, then code php pages to process the information entered into that form.

Do you know any place or tutorial where I can read about how to code PHP pages?
