How do I add a Java NAV-Bar to the header

I want to add a Navagation bar in the header of my shop I have built one kinda like the apple one https://www.apple.com
can I add this into the header of my zencart?
If so How?

do a search for the apple zen template it has a top navbar like the apple site.
