I am getting this error when trying to change billing address at checkout

A head scratcher for me...

Not sure what to do.

I get this error when a customer is trying to change billing address at checkout.

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_checkout_payment_address_default.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/noah/public_html/includes/templates/zencart_zen/common/tpl_main_page.php on line 119

It could be that this file:-

includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_checkout_payment_address_default.php

... is corrupted, or for some reason, isn't where it should be.

NOTE: Check to see if the file actually IS in the stated directory. If it is there, then back-up that file (copy it to your hard drive somewhere). Don't over-write it with the FTP upload until you've made a local copy of it.

Then FTP the original file from your hard drive copy of the zencart version you're using, up to the relevant directory.

For some reason I think you are 100% dead on.

When I went to the file

there was some digits attached to it no longer making it a php file...

Sorta like saying... Its cold in here. Shut the window. :smile:
