file type options for file uploads?????

Sorry, but I can't find any treads here on where to find that setting in the admin for the type of files that can be uploaded using the file uploads attribute. I know it is here but I can't find it and I can't find where it is at in the admin area either!?!?!?!?!?!?! please somebody point me in the right direction.

Admin->Configuration->Maximum Values ... near bottom of list
