editing products page, empty

After I create a new product (admin>catalog>catagories/products>) and try to edit the product under the category, all the fields are empty. How do fix this?

If you create a new product - and before you try to edit it - does that new product show up in your webshop?

Everything works as it should, but I can't edit it to add stock if I need to.
