Coupon Not Working

I have Zen set up to when someone signs up for the website at http://www.queencandles.com/Sales it sends them a 5.00 coupon code via email. However, when I test this myself, the coupon shows that it's applied, but it doesn't subtract from the order total. Can anyone offer a solution?
