Index Page - Erratic Thumbnails

I've been having problems with a ZC site I built for a camera shop - some of the thumbnail images have been very erratic in their display throughout the site. If you look at the homepage:
https://www.pixels.ie
Some of the thumbnails won't display at all in the featured and specials section, some will display tiny thumbnails and some will display normal.
I've seen things such as 8X8 px thumbnails for example, see this product:
http://www.pixels.ie/bmz_cache/a/af6f8cb505757f9c82557aa787cee966.image.8x8.jpg

http://www.pixels.ie/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=699

Any ideas / suggestions?
