Another difference in IE And Firefox?

I hope that I can learn enough about the CSS to contribute back to the forum, but at this point, I am still too green!

heres the site:

when you add a product to the cart, and are viewing in either firefox or IE, in one of them it cuts off part of the cart contents. Which section do I change in CSS?

Also, we dont have any place to offer registration to customers in zen cart. Is there somewhere that offers a setting to change that?

looks like the old box model to me. get the fire bug module and then learn how to do you math backwards for IE

also, can you explain why there isnt an ability for any new customers to register? That is more important.
