shipping tracking gone

I could have sworn a few weeks ago there was a drop down box with shipping choice in the admin/order screen. It also had a box to enter the tracking number. Now, that does not appear anymore. It was there before. I am using 1.3.7 and I do not have a special module for that feature.

At the present time those features are not part of a default Zen Cart install, and would thus only be available by installing an addon or customizing the code.
