changing product attributes in some products

Hi,
Let me explain my problem first.
Actually, there are many types of products in my shop.
One of the products is sold on the basis of pound rather than quantity.
For example for cake.

There will be an extra field, too which determines the price of the cake.
For example, the flavor. I need a kind of dropdown menu where the client could choose which kind of flavor he likes and determine the price.

And I need an extra field which contains a textarea where client could enter the text which is to be written onto the cake.

Can these three things can be done using zencart?

I think nobody understands my question.:(

To simplify, I want to add some extra fields in product description page for 'cake' category whose price is determined by weight(lbs) rather than quantity. The quantity-type product and weight-type product co-exists in the shop.

The extra fields include a drop down menu which contains different flavours for the cake. The customer then chooses one of the options from the drop-down menu and the price is determined from the option he selected. The customer can also enter a small textual message which is to be written onto the 'cake'.

Do zen-cart has this feature?
