Allowing users to view ez-pages when they are not logged in

I have setup my cart so that users must be authorized to view it. What I want to do is allow users that are not authorized/logged in to view my ez-pages or links under the Information tab. Currently, users are able to see the Contact Us page and Privacy Policy page without logging in.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

WMT
